Dear Parents,

I am writing to clarify the situation regarding Annelies (Emilys mother) involvement with our group, as some questions have recently arisen. Due to the absence of the admin position lately, Annelie has kindly stepped up to fulfill these responsibilities. However, we realize that we have not communicated this change effectively to all parents, even though the trainers have been informed.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Annelie for her tremendous effort in supporting the summer camp and all regarding the Gothia tournament. Her dedication and hard work have been invaluable.
